YELLOW BELT


Key Concept:
The Leadership & Philosophy of a WARRIOR – Considered the “spirit or life force” of a business, determines the culture of a corporation, which is the direct result of management integrity and character. The warrior spirit, when properly developed, permeates throughout the entire company.

 Course Syllabus:

Martial Attribute: SPIRIT (management character, corporate culture)

Primary Role: Business Warrior

Business Focus: Setting Financial Doctrine & Corporate Culture, Understanding and implementing the “Prime Directive” - Being Stakeholder Focused and Profit Driven using Profit = Revenue – Cost x Delta
